What a fantastic website - 'A Village History' to be proud of. Congratulations to all concerned. The genealogy section is fantastic - sorry I can't find a family connection tho. I will recommend it however.

What a fantastic site! I am related to the Kitchen and Ward families that are in the census returns for Tilton/Halstead. Thanks to the site I now have a few images of gravestones and have found that Walter Kitchen died in the 1st World War.

A genealogist from Quorn directed me to your excellent site. I'm in Milwaukee, WI (USA)tracing some of the Stubbs family from Halstead.
